Women don’t want to be “sold” or “marketed to” they want an engagement process. Women are a monumental force. but they cannot be painted with the same brush. It is important to also look at and learn about the differences across women and what they need to be financial solvent now and in retirement.
How do WOMEN learn and engage?
Men focus on the facts, women focus on the relationship. Women don’t want to be pressured or sold to. Women may not buy during the 1st meeting.
There are now more women in the workforce than ever before and college degrees among women have tripled. Women need to plan more, they’re going to live longer, they often have to care for others (children or aging parents). However, women often fear the process, conversations, and decision making around planning for their future financially.
