Steps to Success:
Assess, Design and Implement
When you decide to work with Provost Consulting, we begin day one with our proven three-tiered approach to meet your needs.
- Assessment
- Design
- Implementation
Assess
Like individuals, every corporation is different. You have different obstacles, different business models, different needs and problems. Instead of coming in with preconceived notions of what will work for you, Provost Consulting starts by asking questions. What is the end goal? What is going wrong? What do you want to do?
What we find may surprise you. Sometimes the problem you have is a training issue. Sometimes it’s a communication issue. Sometimes it can even be an employee motivation issue. Knowing the difference can save you thousands of dollars and untold production hours.
We look at your strategic goals as they relate to your current operations and help you to develop your employees to achieve the right end result.
Design
Once we’ve figured out where you are as an organization and where you want to be, we go about designing a strategy to bridge the gap. For some, it’s simply a matter of tweaking the training they already have in place. Others may need a whole new program to meet their needs. This may come in the form of training guides or Webinars for your employees — what we call “just in time” education that informs your employees on the job, in real time, to give them the tools and information they need immediately. On the other end of the spectrum are instructor-led workshops that take your employees off the front line for more formal, hands-on, and engaged education. Our team will design the best program, specific to your needs.
Implement
As with the first two stages, the final step in the process is different for everyone. Do you have trainers on staff to take the ball and run with it? We’ll get them up to speed and provide them the materials we’ve designed. Do you need someone to come into your organization to educate and engage your employees? We can do that too. Whatever will allow your organization to achieve its goals, we are there to make it happen.
